IMSE Professional Academy Mentor Program

The IMSE Professional Academy Mentor Program connects current students with successful IMSE alumni.

Students are given the opportunity to learn from professionals in the field, gaining advice and mentoring in areas such as professional development, networking, career opportunities, interview skills, resume building, and more.

At the same time, alumni gain valuable experience through their participation, gaining insights from up-and-coming IEs while also growing their technical expertise, managerial skills, and leadership capacity.

WildcatLink Platform

Beginning in Fall 2017, the mentoring program will be hosted on new platform, called WildcatLink, which is shared with several other mentoring programs on campus.

WildcatLink offers a number of exciting features, including the ability to network with alumni beyond the formal mentor/mentee relationship, as well as a discussion board, resources, and structured goals for mentor/mentee pairs.

Alumni who are not able to commit to a formal mentoring relationship can still join the community and participate in networking or "flash mentoring".
