Effects of diamond concentration

 MRR increases as the diamond concentration is increased up to about 150. A further increase in diamond concentration lowers MRR, Figure 8(a). The effects of diamond concentration on tool wear and surface roughness are also shown in Figure 8(b) and 8(c).
